Katy laughs loud, drops things and buries her face in her hands when she gets embarrassed. She’s almost convincing in hiding her introvert and academic (except, not at all). Her first book was Raggedy Ann and the Lucky Penny, and she’s been hooked on words ever since. Today, she helps clients tell their stories with authenticity and wit—be it through film, digital or traditional print platforms. With a BA in English from Rhodes College, Katy has worked with universities, hospitals, businesses and nonprofits spanning from South Dakota to Washington, D.C. She is dying for a client in Portland, OR (Powell’s Books, we’re looking at you).
