Throughout our 10-year relationship, Metro Health climbed from #4 to #2 in regional perception of quality and 10 other favorability attributes. That’s because when we work with a hospital, we conduct in-depth brand and strategy assessments to not only inform design, but to demonstrate effectiveness and position clients for more growth to come. For Metro Health, that meant ushering the hospital into a coveted partnership with the U of M Health System.
Our last Metro Health campaign, “Better all around,” celebrated patients out in the world, enjoying their lives and time with their loved ones – something they can do because they’re part of a health system dedicated to getting patients well, and keeping them well. And that’s better for everyone. We continue working with the University of Michigan Metro Health Hospital Foundation, bringing hope in daily doses through their annual fundraising events.
